Wendy L. Martin (213) 576-1834 Wendy Martin has provided litigation support services for over eight years. Her experience covers a variety of disputes including wrongful termination, wrongful death, personal injury, business interruption, trademark and copyright infringement, breach of contract, bankruptcy valuation, securities litigation and insurance recovery. She has extensive skills in the areas of database management, financial statement analysis, statistical analysis, business valuation, document management, and assisting counsel and expert witnesses in preparation for report submittal and deposition. Ms. Martin has particular experience working with large databases. She has performed numerous analyses involving large accounting and operational databases. Her database experience covers many types of disputes including insurance recovery, patent infringement, fraud investigations and database audits for internet-based businesses. Prior to joining Freeman & Mills, Ms. Martin was an
analyst at PHB Hagler Bailly, Inc., (formerly Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett, Inc.). Ms. Martin earned a B.A. in business economics from the
University of California, Santa Barbara.
